Evolution of FitterFaster

As part of Fitterfaster’s Evolution, I’ve been focusing on determining who I can help the most. This job for me is something I really enjoy and I want to keep it that way.  I never want it to become a chore or to start not looking forward to each session and to helping you to the best of my ability.  You all know how much I love doing this and I want it to stay that way.

When I think back to when I first started and what’s evolved over that time, I can see that I’ve drifted away from what originally was and should be my primary focus. That is, I want to work for clients who are ready and willing to put in the effort required to go to the Next Level.


Although I’d love to be able to accommodate everyone, I want Fitterfaster to remain a smaller, tight knit community where we all share common goals and are willing to commit to the effort required to achieve them.

By keeping numbers lower, I feel that I can help those who truly want to better their health and fitness because I can commit more time and effort to each individual client and really help each and every person achieve their goals.

This doesn’t mean that beginners are not welcome.  On the contrary, those who’ve struggled with knowing what to do to change their circumstances but who are willing to make changes are the exact clients I want to help.


images-1Likewise, those who are already taking part in any kind of fitness; team sports, endurance training, gym, CrossFit, home training, weights or any other activity but who also want to take it up another level are my ideal client.


I have extensive experience and qualifications in endurance training (triathlon, swimming, running and cycling) and can help you to improve performance whether you’re just starting out, or if you are ready to improve your current times.

I’m also Body Transformation Specialist qualified and can take you to new levels of body composition changes no matter what your starting point. If you want to get down to a healthy body weight or you want to get ripped, it doesn’t matter.  If you’re willing to commit to the program and do what it takes, I’m willing to take you on as a client and guarantee that I can get you results.

To this end, I’ve started by changing the Trail Package. The new Fitterfaster trial will be, not just to determine if the prospective client likes and enjoys the program, and that its a good fit for them.  But 3 weeks will also help me to determine if they are a good fit for Fitterfaster too. Taking part in the trial does not automatically mean that you can just sign up and become a full member when it’s over.

Quite simply, people who are willing to put in the time and effort required will be offered a full membership.  Anyone who is willing to change habits, try new things and stop making excuses that enable them to continue to justify why they can’t get results will be considered.

How will I decide?  If you’ve already started with excuses, if you haven’t made changes to your nutrition and have not turned up regularly to scheduled sessions, perhaps I cannot help you at this stage.  If however, you’ve kept all appointments, you’ve put in 100% at training, you’ve demonstrated through diaries that you’re willing to let old habits go and you’re not questioning every little thing you will be considered.


I think 21 days will be long enough to show your determination and willingness to change.

This is not to say that you can’t ask for details or clarification about things I will ask you to change. I will always give reason and explanations if you ask. Knowing why you’re doing something is a powerful motivator.  Likewise, it doesn’t mean that you cannot ‘fall off the wagon’ from time to time so to speak.  Its more about stopping the excuses and making long term changes to a healthier lifestyle.  Its about being punctual, keeping appointments, showing up and generally taking your health and fitness seriously.

I’ve decided that my time is better spent helping those willing to be helped. I will be able to spend less time chasing people up, trying to fill cancelled appointments, asking for diaries that never turn up and instead focus my attention entirely on those that want it.

As I’ve said from the beginning, No Excuses, Just Results!!
