You do it time and time again. Either you come up with a million ‘legitimate’ reasons why you have to start next week, or you consistently miss training, eat stuff you know you shouldn’t and sabotage the program you’ve have finally started anyway.
If you don’t do something about it now, before you know it, you’ll be 2kgs, 5kgs or 15kgs over your ideal weight. Or maybe you’re already there??
It’s time to stop making excuses, stop eating crap and start on your fitness program. Not tomorrow, not next week and not next month. Today! It’s time to start today.

Don’t Let Your Age Stop You
With every day, week, month and year that passes, it does get harder to start and harder to stay in shape. But it’s not impossible!! Without an effective fitness program and healthy nutrition, your metabolism will slow down over time. You will lose muscle, your growth hormone production will slow and it will become more of a challenge. The good news-the sooner you get started, the sooner you can turn this around.
You can get fit, lean and healthy at any age. You’ll get better results if you start today than if you wait another 6 months. If you’re 20, 40 or 50, it doesn’t matter. Starting today will reverse the effects of ageing on a sedentary body. You can’t stop it all together, but I can guarantee, if you’re doing nothing or very little now, an effective program will result in a younger looking and younger feeling body.
I’m too out of shape!
You might be thinking that you just need to lose a few kilos before you get started on your fitness program. Or that you just need to get a bit fitter first before you sign up to something. Nothing could be further from the truth. You just need to get started today. Eating healthy foods will give you more energy to exercise and exercising will help you to choose healthier foods and also give you back energy.
I’m just too tired to start anything
As I stated above, exercise will increase your energy levels. You will have much more energy to get everything that needs to be done in your day done. You’ll have better mental clarity and lots more physical energy. The endless fatigue you feel from work, family and other things will fade away and you’ll wonder how you ever got by before.
I’ll say it again. An effective exercise program will give you back energy!! I can’t stress this enough. If you think you don’t have enough energy to get through your day, the best thing for you is to change you diet and start training.
Decide today to stop your excuses and take a step in the right direction.
- Clean up your kitchen. Get rid of all processed foods and other junk. Stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, lean meats, nuts and seeds and throw away the breads, cereals, bars, lollies, chocolates, cakes and biscuits.
- Decide today what fitness program you’ll follow and do your first session. If you’re going to walk, go now! If you’re going to join the gym, get up there now and join. If you’re going to contact a Personal Trainer, do it today. Don’t find another
