I’ve finally completed the final details for our new Beginner Bootcamp protocols.

This is hopefully going to put an end to the “I’ll have to get fit before I come” comments that I receive weekly from those people who’d love to do something about their health and fitness, but have been told or have heard that FitterFaster Bootcamp is too hard.

As you move through the program (always being guided by your trainer) your own starting fitness level will be taken into account as you progress from modified drills and exercises through to the more advanced drills and techniques.  No longer will you have to struggle to keep up with the most experienced Bootcampers who may have been training for years.  You’ll have your own version of everything to follow and will be teamed for partner and group drills with the lead or assistant trainer or with appointed, experienced trainees when appropriate.

There’s a set progression that all new Bootcampers will follow that will enable you to reach your full potential, without setbacks, in the quickest possible time.  And that means better and faster results for you.
