Hours during Christmas and New Year

I sent out an email to clients yesterday with Bootcamp times for the public holidays over the Christmas/New Year period.  There was a bit of confusion over what was on and what wasn’t, so I’ve listed the times below.

Please note that all other Bootcamps will run as normal.

These are the Bootcamps that will run over the next couple of weeks:

Monday 20th   6am

Monday 20th  9,30am

Monday 20th 6pm-FitterFasterStronger

Tuesday 21st 6pm

Wednesday 22nd 6am

Wednesday 22nd 6pm

Thursday 23rd 9.30am

Thursday 23rd 6pm

Friday 24th 6am

Saturday 25th NO BOOTCAMP

Sunday 26th NO BOOTCAMP

Monday 27th 9.30am – 90 MINUTE BOOTCAMP (NO FITTERFASTERSTRONGER)

Tuesday 28th 6pm

Wednesday 29th 6am

Wednesday 29th 6pm

Thursday 30th 6am FitterFaster For Running-(1st session)

Thursday 30th 9.30am

Thursday 30th 6pm

Friday 31st 6am

January 1st NO BOOTCAMP

January 2nd NO BOOTCAMP

January 3rd 9.30am – 90 MINUTE BOOTCAMP Please note this change

January 3rd 6pm – FitterFasterStronger (if still running)

ALL SESSIONS THEN CONTINUE ON AS PER NORMAL

So no matter what you’ve got on, you’ve no reason to let your fitness slide over the next couple of weeks.  Getting in your 3 sessions will ensure that you don’t go backwards.   The 90 minute sessions are great fun for a change and you’ll be surprised how quickly they go by.
