Hours during Christmas and New Year
I sent out an email to clients yesterday with Bootcamp times for the public holidays over the Christmas/New Year period. There was a bit of confusion over what was on and what wasn’t, so I’ve listed the times below.
Please note that all other Bootcamps will run as normal.

Monday 27th 9.30am – 90 MINUTE BOOTCAMP (NO FITTERFASTERSTRONGER)

ALL SESSIONS THEN CONTINUE ON AS PER NORMAL
So no matter what you’ve got on, you’ve no reason to let your fitness slide over the next couple of weeks. Getting in your 3 sessions will ensure that you don’t go backwards. The 90 minute sessions are great fun for a change and you’ll be surprised how quickly they go by.
