Before and After Photos

Amazing photos aren’t they?  Brian has achieved these great results by training hard and eating healthy, real food as per the FitterFaster Results Blueprint.

Also clean up your nutrition.

Start by removing all processed foods.  This includes foods like bread-yes even wholegrain, pasta, bars, breakfast cereals etc.

You’ll notice a difference within days just by doing these 2 things.
