FitterFasterStronger is open

The trial session for FitterFasterStronger (FitterFasters Strength Bootcamps) was held last night with a total of 8 eager participants.

Yes, this is Brian flipping that big tyre!

Everyone put in an amazing effort challenging themselves with heavier weights and harder strength drills.  Some of the drills undertaken included: heavy tyre flips, towing 2 tyres at a time loaded with Kettlebells, using heavy KB for sets of swings and pushups, rope climbing and more.  I’m expecting reports of soreness over the next day or so!!

FitterFasterStronger is now open for registrations and will commence on 16th August.  I’ll be taking sessions with Leigh’s assistance and then Leigh will be taking over once he’s confident to do so.

To recap, the details are:

  1. Numbers strictly limited to 10 participants only, so don’t miss out
  2. You can join any time that there are less than 10 participants, contact me if you would like to be added to list and I’ll let you know if and when there’s an opening
  3. Invest in 10 FitterFasterStronger Bootcamps at a time.  These must be used within 11 weeks – NO EXTENSIONS!
  4. Investment is $10 per session payable up front
  5. A FitterFasterStronger Bootcamp does not replace one of your 3 required attendances per week.  These are extra training sessions.

Bootcamp is still the base fitness session for all FitterFaster clients.  Only FitterFaster Bootcampers are eligible to attend FitterFasterStronger Bootcamps.  As mentioned above, you must still attend 3 Bootcamps per week on top of your FitterFasterStronger training.  I strictly believe in all round fitness including cardiovascular, strength and mobility training as the key to better health, a lean body and better performance whether for daily life or your chosen sport.

    Hi everyone!! i think everybody should come and have a go at it next week!! I personally found a few of the exercises challenging but i know in the long run they will benefit me sportwise, mind you at the moment my body isnt saying that ‘cos it’s rather sore from the other night so like Jo said to me this morning ‘it must have worked!!’.
    So even though i’ll be running the classes later on and i hope everyone comes, it’d be good to see everyone come and have a try.
