FitterFasterStronger – Strength/Power Bootcamp to commence

It’s been a long time coming I know.  I’ve planned and prepped.  I’ve purchased new equipment and am in the process of cleaning out the gym in preparation.  But I’ve decided, I’ve just got to set a date and get started.

So first up, I’m going to run a Trial Session so you can get a feel for what it’s all about.  Of course, it will only be a small snippet of the many things I have planned for these training sessions, but it should give you a bit of an idea, and me a chance to try some things out so that when I commence the program, I know what will fit where etc in more detail.

To give you a bit more of an idea, the FitterFasterStronger Program will run in 10 week blocks.  You’ll have to prebook and your place will only held once I receive payment.  Sounds strict I know, but I’m expecting this to be quite popular once it’s up and running and there will be limited places due to the nature of the training sessions themselves.

So you’ll invest up front in 10 sessions which have to be used within 11 weeks.  That gives you one week leeway due to unforeseen circumstances.  Remember, there could be others waiting in line to join the program and we can’t keep them (it could be you) hanging on forever.  Besides that, attending this less than once per week will not result in strength gains for you, and why else would you be thinking about doing this?

If there are less than the maximum number of participants in the program, you can join at any time.  Everyone does not have to start on the same date.  But until a place opens up, you cannot join and increase the numbers over the maximum.  You will however, be able to invest in the package and therefore, be first in line once someone finishes their 10 sessions, or I start up another timeslot-which will happen if it gets that popular.

FitterFasterStronger will be held on a Monday evening at 6pm and run for 60 minutes.  You will need to arrive strictly before starting time, or you will miss the first drills.  A warm up will be absolutely essential for this program.

So to the Trial session.  It will be held next Monday 2nd August at 6pm.  It is essential that you book for this-please do not just turn up!!  I will allow extras to the trial session, seeing it is just that-a trial and of course there will be no fee charged either.  If there is  very large number that do book and turn up, there could be a little bit of standing around seeing it’s the type of program where I can’t have 20 things going on at once.  This is why once it’s up and running, numbers will be strictly limited.  The limit will be 8 or 10, I’ll let you know for sure after the trial session.

So while it sounds all up in the air, I have so much planned for this and can’t wait.  To summarise:

  • Trial session to be held at 6pm on Monday 2nd August-PLEASE BOOK-do not just show up
  • FitterFasterStronger will commence on 16th August and run each Monday at 6pm for 60 minutes
  • FitterFasterStronger will be presented in 10 week blocks which will expire in 11 weeks-absolutely no extensions
  • Individuals can commence their 10 weeks at any time.  Everyone does not have to start on the same date
  • FitterFasterStronger is only open to current Bootcampers and does not replace one of your Bootcamp sessions
