I’ve republished this post several times over the past 2 years, but it’s worth doing again as I still get tonnes of questions regarding what to eat.
If you’ve got a lot of fat to lose, I’d worry more about what and when you are eating than the portion sizes for a start. The closer you are to your goals, the more you need to worry about how much you are eating.
Follow this plan along with training hard a minimum of 4-6 times per week and you’ll improve your chances of success.
