Build a Strong Pelvic Floor-kegels not invited

I came across this great article, which yes fellas, is for you too.

Its about Pelvic Floor Disorder which is not necessarily caused by pregnancy or childbirth, as apparently many men suffer as well!!!  While childbirth can exasperate the problem, it usually has other causes as you can see if you read the post below.

Please take the time to read this article even if you think it might not effect you.  Its very important to note that squats are one of the best remedies to this problem and why.

I’ve had many clients over the past 2 years comment on how their particular PFD has improved after attending Bootcamp and doing the strength exercises and drills that we do.  So there’s hope for you too!!
