Cancer caused by being overfat
According to the American Institute for Cancer Research, approx. 100500 cancers occuring in the US each year can be directly attributed to excess body fat.
I’ll say that again. Approx. 100500 cancers diagnosis’s in the US each year are directly attributed to excess body fat.
According to the AICR, the estimated number of cancers that are linked to excess body fat each yea rin America alone:
33000 cases of breast cancer
20700 cases of endometrial cancer
5800 cases of esophageal cancer
11900 cases of pancreatic cancer
13900 cases of kidney cancer
2000 cases of gallbladder cancer
13200 cases of colorectal cancer
The figures would be surprisingly similar in Australia percentage wise.

Genes are not the major cause of cancer. If you have cancer in your family, use it as a tool towards prevention. Make the most of that knowledge and apply healthy living practices in your life every day.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Cut out non-nutritious foods like pastas, breads and rice and replace them with foods loaded with good nutrition.
Exercise daily and not only decrease cancer risk, but decrease your risk of heart disease at the same time.
Remember, you don’t have to be huge to be carrying excess body fat.
If you weight has gone up in the last few years (growing children excepted) YOU ARE CARRYING EXCESS BODYFAT.
Get rid of it now and keep it off for good.
