Now while I’ve got you, please don’t forget to hand in your training diaries every week.  You can put them in the pink folder at Bootcamp, email them, or complete your diary at the forum.  GL’s  can keep yours in your GL manual and I will check them at your assessment.

Training diaries are one of the easiest ways to maintain consistency with your training program.

If you don’t hand yours in, expect to do 20 extra burpees after Bootcamp.

Also remember that you must attend 3 Bootcamps each week minimum. If you are unable to do so, please let me know so that I can extend your expiry date on your package if necessary.  Good excuses are illness or being away on holidays.

Being consistent with your training is the only way you are going to see results.

FitterFaster will work for you, but only if you make the changes to enable it to work.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different outcomes is unrealistic.

To see changes, you must make changes.
