FitterFaster Clean and Dry 40 Plan

Do you realise that your present state of health is your fault.  That sounds a bit harsh doesn’t it?  Maybe I should rephrase so as not to upset anyone.  Your present condition or state of health is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

Food producers are in the business of selling food.  They are not interested in your health and well being.  They are solely interested in making money by selling their products.  Who do you think puts in all the additives, colours, preservatives and chemicals?  Who spends billions convincing you to eat their products?  Who stands to lose if you don’t believe the advertising messages and stopped buying their products?

It’s time to stop pretending that you don’t know what you should be doing.  You already know that you should be eating lots of fruit and vegetables.  You know that a diet high in sugar is bad for you, that the additives, colours etc are doing you harm.  You even know they are not good for your kids, but you feed it to them anyway because they like them.

You come up with every excuse to justify why you don’t do what you know you should.  Any reason why it wouldn’t work for you even if you did.  Stop pretending.  You know that you would get great results if you did all the right things.  

What do I stand to gain from telling you this?  I am not selling any magic diet pill, potion or drink.  I am not pushing the latest gadget to get you trim in 6 minutes per day.  I want you to succeed and I am on a mission to improve the health of everyone I come across.  

You don’t even need to come to Bootcamp to do my training.  Everything we do can be done easily at home with little or no equipment.  There are heaps of free workouts on my website that enable you to do this for yourself at home.  These workouts are just like the ones we do at Bootcamp.  I even give home workouts to those who do come to Bootcamp, so that they can do some training at home and still get the same great results.

So what is the Clean and Dry 40 about?

Do you suffer from any of the following:

 

  • headaches or migraine
  • lack of energy
  • depression
  • reflux or indigestion or other digestive disorders
  • mood swings or poor concentration
  • diabetes
  • heart disease or high blood pressure
  • eczema or dermatitis
  • overweight
  • IBS, constipation or diarrhea
  •  high cholesterol
  • poor immunity
  • frequent infections
  • stiff or aching joints
  • inflammation of the joints
  • sinus problems
  • poor wound healing

Removing certain things from your diet and exercising regularly can improve all of these conditions.  Making sure you include other important things in your diet can improve the conditions even more.  

The Clean and Dry 40 Plan is going to be a full on elimination program that lasts for 40 days.  You will need to totally eliminate some things from your diet, actually it is probably many things.  It may be a huge change for some, not so much if you already follow the FitterFaster Nutrition Plan.  Examples of some of these are: alcohol, preservatives, chemical additives and wheat.  Of course there are many more as well.

Before you commit to it you have to know that this is an all or nothing plan. You have to be in it 100%.  No excuses.  There are no cheat days and no following most of it.  For it to work properly, you must be willing to follow the whole plan 100% or you will be wasting your time and effort.  Your body will not be able to reduce the toxin build up and the effects of ill health unless you totally remove these things from you diet.  You will not get the results unless you totally, absolutely follow it to the ‘T’.

You must commit for the 40 days! So are you in?  Remember 100% committment is required.  If you can do this, you will see and feel the difference. It’s only 40 days, can you do it?

So what can you expect?

 

  • to lose stubborn bodyfat and excess water
  • food cravings will lessen or go away altogether
  • your health and energy levels will improve
  • your skin, hair and nails will be stronger and healthier
  • you may even need to reduce dosages or remove altogether medications. (on no account should you self diagnose this, you will need to consult your doctor who is after all the expert on drugs)

 

What is the investment?

Current FitterFaster Bootcampers can take part in the Clean and Dry 40 Plan for $55 -which includes the donation to the DryJuly campaign.

Non Bootcampers can take part in the Clean and Dry 40 Plan for $155- which includes unlimited Bootcamp sessions for the 40 days from 22nd June to 31st July and the donation to the DryJuly campaign.

The Clean and Dry 40 Plan cannot be undertaken on its own without Bootcamp.  The high intensity exercise is a huge part of the plan.  You will be required to take part in high intensity FitterFaster Bootcamps OR FitterFaster Home Workouts 6 days per week.  Apart from the obvious health benefits of training, it will help your body eliminate toxins via the skin through the sweating mechanism.
