ben mountain climbersIt’s happening.  FitterFaster FitKids.  I am going to trial it this school holidays.  I can’t wait to get the kids moving. 

Each FitKids program will run for 6 training sessions in total.  3 each week of the holidays.  The tentative times will be:  Monday 10.45am, Thursday 4pm and Saturday 8.45am.  The Monday and Thursday sessions will be at my place, and the Saturday one will most likely be at the Hockey Oval in Maryborough.   Each one will either follow a Bootcamp session or precede one.  That way, if you attend Bootcamp anyway, you will not have to make 2 trips.
